RESPONSIBILITY
Use of University property by non-University groups or individuals—
The University policy on the use of University property by non-University sponsored organizations or individuals is that no groups or individuals can solicit on University property for commercial or financial gain. Any groups visiting campus for the purpose of solicitation for other than commercial or financial gain must contact Real Estate Operaions at 325-6041 prior to coming on campus to seek approval or denial of their request for solicitation.
Use of University property by University affiliated groups or individuals—
University faculty should contact the Office of the Provost at 325-3221 if they wish to use University property for University-related purposes. All students or student groups should contact the Office of Student Affairs at 325-3161 if they wish to use University buildings or grounds. All other parties should contact Real Estate Operations at 325-6041. Requests may require completion of "Facilities Use Request" form.
