Moving costs are charged to the department requesting the work.
The Hauling department is not authorized to rent or lend trucks
or equipment to departments, nor are they able to store departmental property.
Special Event Rentals
Physical Plant can provide furniture and public address support
for special events. Departments must provide an OU account number
to be charged for this work. Please call Work Authorization at 325-3060 for specific details/estimates.
Work performed at times other than regular work hours will
incur a special request cost rate. Call Work Authorization for more information.
