Administers the university's insurance and retirement plans and related services for eligible employees, retirees, and their dependents.
Employment & Compensation Services

Develops, maintains and administers compensation programs for staff employees. Assists departments in meeting the University's staffing requirements.
Payroll & Personnel & Records

Provides timely and accurate payment of wages and payroll related services to all university employees. Establishes and maintains official records of university staff and student employees.
Employee Relations & Development

Facilitates human resource development by supporting the stated performance needs of staff and faculty through training programs and relevant career development services. This area also provides work related mediation services for employees and managers and assists staff interpret and apply University policies and procedures. This also includes administering the staff grievance process and reviewing reduction-in-force plans.
