Memberships

Memberships at the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club are specifically geared towards those individuals that want to be part of a special golf membership. As the golf club develops and the majority of play is the men’s and women’s golf team, Members, Faculty, Staff, and Students, the member will truly begin to realize he/she belongs to something special, a golf club. OU Golf Club is about creating a family; the entire family is committed to making the OU Golf Club the best Golf Club and Golf Course in the Oklahoma. The focus is about the quality of the round, the conditions of the course, and the friendliness of the staff. Everything is based on the member’s experience, so experience it today and golf like a champion.

  1. Champions Member: This is a lifetime family membership that includes a junior membership for all dependents until the age of 23. The cost is $50,000, much of which may be considered a charitable contribution to the Golf Course Endowment Fund which has been established to ensure the maintenance budget for the golf course. The membership includes the following:
    • 14 Day advance booking privileges
    • OGA handicap
    • Member specific website within www.ougolfclub.com (in development)
    • 20% discount on all non-sale merchandise
    • Member Guests rates 20% off posted rates
    • Unlimited use of Practice Facilities
    • Unlimited Golf Car Privileges
    • Opportunity to play in member only events
    The Champions Members will be honored in our Champions Hall for the outstanding contribution and dedicated support of the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club.
  2. Masters Member: This membership requires a minimum $500 charitable contribution to the Golf Course Endowment Fund. The annual cost is $2400 ($200 monthly) and includes the following:
    • 14 day advance booking privileges
    • OGA handicap
    • Member specific website within www.ougolfclub.com (in development)
    • 20% discount on all non-sale merchandise
    • Member Guests rates 20% off posted rates
    • Unlimited use of Practice Facilities
    • Unlimited Golf Car Privileges
    • Opportunity to play in member only events
    • Immediate family members (spouse and/or dependents to the age of 23) may be added to this membership for an annual fee of $250 each (or $25 monthly). Dependents will receive benefits of a junior member.
  3. Corporate Member: This annual membership includes two sponsors. Additional sponsors/members may be added for the annual cost of $1,920 each. Each sponsor receives full Masters Membership privileges and the company receives 100 complimentary unrestricted rounds for entertaining clients or co-workers. The annual cost of the membership is $15,000.
  4. Masters plus Member: This is a multi club membership directed towards the individual that already belongs to a private club but wants to also receive membership privileges at Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club. The benefits and required gift to the endowment are the same as the Masters Member but the annual cost is reduced to $1,920 ($160 monthly).
  5. Student Member: The student member is a great benefit for students and includes a substantial reduction in price. The cost for the student membership is $500 per semester or $1,200 annually. The membership does include all the same privileges of the Masters Member except the unlimited golf car and no charitable contribution is required.
  6. Junior member: Our junior membership is specifically designed to grow the game. We strongly support our local juniors by giving them a safe and positive environment to learn the game. The annual costs of the junior membership is $500 and includes the same privileges of the Masters Member with the exception that access to the course is on a space available basis vs. the 14 day advance booking privilege, golf cars require a valid driver’s license and payment of appropriate golf car rental fee, and no charitable contribution is required. The Junior membership is available to all junior golfers until graduation of High School.
  7. Practice Facility Membership: $400 annually for unlimited use of all Public Practice Facilities during normal operating hours.
  • All memberships will be charged the appropriate tax consistent with state law.
  • Monthly payments may be set up with appropriate credit application completed and CC on file.
  • Limited memberships are available at these prices
    • Failure to pay within 30 days of annual due day or monthly due day will result in immediate termination of privileges until paid in full.
  • Any member terminating his/her membership will not be eligible to rejoin the club for 12 months and will be required to again meet the minimum charitable contribution to the golf course endowment fund that is required at that time
