Become an Ambassador
We're so excited you're interested in becoming an Alumni Ambassador! Before you can officially get started, here are a few steps you'll need to take.
1. Complete the Alumni Ambassador Interest Form
Whether you're interested in attending a high school visit or college fair, or writing letters, please complete our Alumni Ambassador Interest Form by clicking here.
2. Review Your Alumni Ambassador Welcome Packet
Once we have received your Interest Form, you'll be sent a welcome packet that contains recruitment materials to review prior to attending visits, fairs, etc.
3. Login to Your Portal
You will receive a link via email about how to set up your personalized Alumni Ambassador portal. Access the portal here: hello.ou.edu/portal/alumni
4. Complete Online Training
In these trainings you will learn about the admissions process, the basic tools to engage with prospective students, and the Alumni Ambassadors portal.
5. Connect With Your Admissions Counselor
Prior to volunteering, your Admissions Counselor wants to get to know and help you prepare for your first Alumni Ambassador experience.
