Academic Common Market

The Academic Common Market (ACM) is an interstate agreement coordinated by the Southern Regional Education Board for sharing some unique academic programs through an exchange of students across state lines wherein non-resident tuition charges are waived. Students resident in SREB states have access to the specific OU programs indicated below if that program is not offered in their home state. Students must apply to and be admitted to OU.

Students must be approved by the ACM coordinator in their home state as eligible to receive the ACM tuition waiver after they have been admitted to OU.  A listing of the state-level ACM coordinators can be found here: http://search.sreb.org/acm/states.aspx.

Questions concerning OU's participation in the Academic Common Market should be addressed to Dr. Nancy L. Mergler, Senior Vice President & Provost, 104 Evans Hall, (405) 325-3221, nmergler@ou.edu.
