Promoting Change for Faculty Diversity

The University of Oklahoma ADVANCE PAID project seeks to promote institutional change for faculty diversity on campus and in the central states. We look forward to hosting the Big 12 institutions in April, 2010 for the second of our biennial workshops on faculty recruitment, retention and leadership.

The project is supported by Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, the University Provost, Oklahoma EPSCoR, and the NSF. The effort grew out of the CAS Dean's Advisory Committee on Women's Issues.
