Who: 4-6 person teams including current and aspiring administrators and faculty from each of the Big 12 institutions
What: 1 ½ day workshop combining presentations, discussion and time for teams to work on their own institutional issues
Why:
- to promote best practices for faculty diversity and work-life balance
- to encourage institutional change
- to establish frameworks for multi-institutional action
