State of the Internet:USIC's Report on Use & Threats in 1999
On April 12, 1999, the United States Internet Council (USIC) released a
study containing statistics and conclusions about virtually every facet
of the Internet. The report analyzes the growth in America's Internet
use, the changing demographics of Internet users, and the possibilities
for continued growth.
