A special rate has been negotiated for Big XII Conference on Black Student Government attendees at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Norman, OK. Hotel rooms are not included with registration costs and will need to be booked by Universities/Organizations/Guests. Please see below for pricing and booking information.
HOTEL GROUP RATE:
- $121.00 plus 13.75% tax per night (single or double capacity)
- $10 more per night for additional adult
GROUP RATE BOOKING DEADLINE:
- Book by Friday, January 24, 2020 to receive conference rate
- The special room rate will be available until January 24, 2020 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first
