The Office of Registration maintains four addresses for each
student enrolled: your local or campus address, your permanent home address, your parents' address, and
your billing address (which is usually your local or campus address). You may change your billing
address with the Office of the Bursar by doing any of the following:

- Print out and complete this form and fax it to (405)
325-7665. If you don't have a printer, send a fax to (405) 325-7665 with your
name, student ID number, signature, new mailing address and new telephone number.
- Send a letter to our office. Provide your name, student ID number, signature,
new mailing address, and new telephone number. Our mailing address is:

- Come to our office in Buchanan Hall, Room 105. A service
representative will be glad to assist you with your address
change.

Please bear in mind that any billing address changes you make with the Bursar's office will not
update your address with the Office of Registration. Any
change of address should be reported to the Office of Registration, which is located in Buchanan Hall,
Room 230. The Office of Registration can also be contacted by telephone at (405) 325-1083.
