Camp Crimson is OU's premier orientation camp for new Sooners. It is a three day/two night crash course on what it means to be a Sooner and how to succeed at OU. You'll get a jump start on your time here at OU by meeting other campers, student leaders, faculty and staff, and participating in a lot of fun activities designed to prepare and launch you into your time as a student at OU.
Campers can attend Boomer Session (July 16th-18th), Sooner Session (July 23rd- 25th), or OKU Session (July 30-August 1). Registration is $220* and includes:
Students can register online here. Registration costs for online registration will be billed to the student's bursar account. The bursar is the University's office of collections.
* A partial fee waiver is available to students with financial hardships. To apply, please download the fee waiver application, completely answer the questions and follow the directions provided. ** Camp Crimson will provide ground transportation to and from the airport and camp on Thursday (check-in day) and Saturday (check-out day) at no extra cost. If you are arriving or departing on any other day Will Rogers World Airport has a Metro Express Shuttle available.
