Health & Exercise Science
Jobs in which Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion can be utilized are numerous. Many of our HES graduates have gone on to graduate studies in various disciplines including physical and occupational therapy, medicine and dentistry, health promotion, and athletic training. However, many graduates also find rewarding employment in corporate fitness as instructors and personal trainers. In addition, other occupations include serving as sports directors, strength and conditioning coaches and recreational therapists. Practitioners are involved in health promotion, rehabilitation, ergonomics, disability management, health and safety, and health research.
