Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for FFYs 2018-2020

In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g), CART invites the public to review the proposed DBE goal and submit comments. CLEVELAND AREA RAPID TRANSIT (CART) in NORMAN, OKLAHOMA, has proposed an overall goal of 1% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participating in U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) assisted contracts.  The DBE goal applies to applicable professional services, construction and procurement contracts during FFYs 2018-2020, beginning Oct. 1, 2017, and ending Sept. 30, 2020. 

 A complete description of the proposed goal and its rationale are available for public inspection for 30 days and comments will be received for 45 days from the date of this notice.  To review the proposed goal, click here (PDF) or visit the CART office, 510 E.
