This is not a tax but a processing fee. If you will be reimbursed
for your conference registration and this "tax"
causes a problem with your organization, print off this page
to show that it is indeed a processing fee and not

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION: Online registration
is done in two parts. The first part is the PayPal payment.
When you select an item from the drop-down menu and click
the “Add to Cart” button, you will automatically
be taken to your PayPal shopping cart where you can review
your selection.
If you are not finished, click “Continue Shopping”
and you will be returned to the registration page where you
can select additional items. When you have selected your final
item and reviewed your shopping cart, click “Proceed
to Checkout” where you will be asked to login to your
PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can
click “continue” under “Don’t Have
a PayPal Account?” and pay directly with your credit
card.
Once you have completed the payment portion, return to the
online registration page and complete the contact information
at the bottom of the page and click “Submit” You
MUST complete the payment portion above to be registered.
Clicking the “submit” button sends ONLY the contact
information but does not pay your registration fees.
(For student registration, please present student ID at the
conference when picking up packet)
