Banquet Speaker

We are pleased to have Cheyenne-Arapaho artist and forensic facial reconstruction expert Harvey Pratt as our banquet speaker. In addition to being known for his artwork, Harvey is a nationally recognized expert in the field of forensic facial reconstruction and identification. Harvey is an agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, a position he has held since 1972. Since his first forensic drawing as a police artist in 1966, Harvey has continued to expand and refine his techniques, working in skull and facial reconstruction, skull tracing, age progression, soft tissue postmortem drawing and retouch, and other forensic arts. Harvey has also worked with historic reconstructions, such as The Sandman historic burial (reconstruction seen right) which was the subject of a 1998 Plains Conference symposium.

More information about Harvey is available on his website: www.harveypratt.com.
