For all Botany Majors: As you near the end of your Botany major, you will need to take the capstone course in your last or next-to-last semester.

This website has two documents to provide you with some guidance about the experience. Unlike other departments, the Botany Capstone experience will be as individual as you are. We design it to be an independent creative activity that is different for each of our students. Some of our alumni have commented that it was a great synthetic experience that helped to prepare them for graduate school.

Two words of advice from past students (and others!): "Plan Ahead" (and you will enjoy it a lot more)
