• Stockroom Order Form
• Timesheets:
  • Hourly Timesheet
  • Monthly Timesheet
  • Just fill-in the form, save and submit to your supervisor
• Financial Support (FS) forms (includes travel claims, PeopleSoft News and other links)
• Surplus Equipment Form
  1. Fill out this form & email to Steve
  2. Leave equipment in your space
  3. Print this form and leave it on the piece of equipment
  4. We'll be there "right away"
• Hazardous Materials Pickup Form
  1. Each chemical container should be labeled with a index number that corresponds to your sheet
  2. Fax to number given on form
  3. Materials will be picked up by OU OEHS
