Limit for Degree Completion |
| A
student has five years from the first semester of enrollment to
complete their master's degree. |

| Graduation
Application and Fee |
The
graduation application and fee of $25 must be on file in the Office
of Records. This is a requirement for graduation. The application
and fee are only valid for three consecutive semesters. Failure
to graduate within three semesters of filing the application and
fee will result in the need to resubmit the application form and
fee of $25.

of Completion |
| Once you have completed all degree requirements,
an official letter of completion may be issued. Please submit
your request to the Graduate College, Attn: Ms. Ginger Dossey.
You may also submit your request by e-mail. Link
to Letter of Completion form. |

| Requesting
Transcripts |
| You may request a transcript at any
time. There is no charge for transcripts. Transcripts are usually
mailed within 24 hours of receipt of your request. The request
must be submitted in writing. Please include the following information
in your request: |

| Commencement
Ceremony |
| You may attend the NORMAN CAMPUS graduation
ceremony. It is held every year in May. You are responsible for
filing the graduation application and fee and for the rental of
the cap and gown. You may obtain a Cap & Gown card from your
local site office or our office. |
