Academic interests: Political communication and public opinion, especially political culture and collective memory. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Communication, the American Journal of Political Science, Political Communication, and the Journal of Broadcasting and Electronic Media. She has also contributed chapters to a book on new agendas in political communication research and a textbook on public opinion.
