Note
to subscribers: Over the past year Genre has experienced a growing budget
deficit that is driven by rising printing and postage costs. This situation has
compelled us to restructure our production process in order to reduce costs as
much as possible, and to increase our subscription rates to make up the
deficit. This has further delayed our publication schedule, despite our
strenuous efforts to catch up. We are currently in the process of completing
the publication of Vol. XXXIX (2006), and as soon as that is accomplished we
will begin to publish Vol. XL, the contents of which have already been reviewed
and accepted. We would like to thank you for your patience during this
difficult period, which we hope to put behind us very soon.
Subscriptions to Genre: Forms of Discourse and Culture are available to individuals and institutions at the following rates per volume (consisting of four issues), beginning with volume XXXV (2002):
· US: $45.00
· Foreign: $55.00
· US: $65.00

their senders for re-issuance.
