Jake Blackwell received his B.A. in History from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth in 2003 and is now pursuing his M.A. in the field of U.S. Environmental History. He will be working with Dr. Sterling Evans on a project examining the development of cattle feedlots in the Great Plains. Upon completing his M.A., Jake hopes to continue research into Great Plains issues and pursue his Ph.D.
