Adam D. Connell received his B.A. in history from the University of Oklahoma in 2007.  His B.A. capstone paper focused upon the efforts of the Truman Administration to secure support for the Marshall Plan in the Eightieth United States Congress.  He is currently an M.A. student studying Twentieth Century American history.  His M.A. thesis will focus upon the interparty and intraparty dynamics of the U.S Senate's debate over the Panama Canal Treaties of 1977.  His major advisor is Dr. Ben Keppel.  Mr. Connell has previously served as a teaching assistant in Dr. Alfred S.
