Nicole Kirkpatrick received her B.A. in History from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing her M.A.  She is working on the history of Native Americans and the West.  Her main interests are how American and European policies affected Native Americans, as well as how outside influences shaped various Native American cultures.  In addition to her American History interests, she also studies politics in Tudor/Stuart England as well.  After the completion of her M.A., she hopes to pursue her Ph.D.
