Michael Sagely received his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a double major in History and Political Science. He is now in his second year of graduate studies working toward his M.A. His area of concentration is 20th century U.S. political development and political culture. He is working with Prof. Catherine Kelly and Prof. Ben Keppel on his thesis, which explores the evolving relationship between the Cold War Presidency and visual culture. He plans to complete his M.A. degree here at OU by the end of the 2008-09 scholastic year and continue his graduate career working toward a PhD in the field of modern U.S. history.
