Julie Stidolph

Julie Stidolph received her B.A. in Secondary Social Studies Education in 2006 and her M.A. in History in 2008, both from the University of Wyoming.  Her M.A. thesis focused on Shoshone and Arapaho women’s interactions with programs of domestic assimilation directed towards them on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming during latter decades of the 18th century and the early part of the 19th century.  This topic will be expanded and built upon for her Ph.D. dissertation. She presented a portion of this research at the Phi Alpha Theta Nebraska Regional History Conference in 2008.  She is a recipient of the Hudson Family Fellowship Award.
