Abby is a second-year M.A. student studying Civil War commemoration in the West, particularly in California and Oklahoma, under the direction of Dr. Anne Hyde. She graduated with honors with a BA in history from Pepperdine University in 2017. At OU, Abby is one of two editorial fellows and the book review editor for the Western Historical Quarterly.
