Three: Main Campus and Tulsa

a. An
autobiographical statement (including your reason for seeking admission)
b. Three
current letters of recommendation attesting to your potential to do graduate
level work
c. Resume
Efforts will be made to identify and
select candidates whose academic preparation, personal qualities, and
past
educational experiences, volunteer activities, and work experiences give
promise for success in the program.
Interviews for admission to the Department are arranged as needed.
It is helpful for applicants to bring their
academic transcripts to the interview.
