Jody Worley, Ph.D.

Jody Worley is an assistant professor in the Department of Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma . He received a B.S. in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1992; and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology specializing in research, evaluation, measurement and statistics from Oklahoma State University in 2006. Dr. Worley's research interests are in three distinct but related areas: research methodology (e.g., survey design issues), organizational behavior/work-related issues (e.g., burnout, work-family conflict) and non-profit agency effectiveness (e.g, volunteer engagement). Dr. Worley has published several scholarly articles (e.g., Educational and Psychological Measurement, Journal of Applied Research in the Community College ). Dr. Worley teaches courses in research methods and organizational behavior.
