All applicants to Graduate Degree programs must meet the following requirements
1. Evidence of English proficiency
There are no exceptions for this requirement. All applicants to the University
for whom English is a second language must present evidence of proficiency in
the English language in one of the following ways:
- An official TOEFL score of 213 or higher on the computer test or 550
or higher on the paper test sent directly from the Educational Testing Service.
Scores which will be over two years old by the term you wish to enter O.U
are not acceptable unless you have been attending school in the U.S since
the test date.
- Secondary school work in the U.S including completion of the high school
curricular requirements.
- Completion of 24 semester hours of college-level coursework, or a bachelor's
or higher degree from an accredited college in the U.S or a country where
English is the native language.
