Kappa Gamma Epsilon,
the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Linguistics student honor
society founded in 1920, seeks to encourage research and appreciation of modern
languages and literature. The organization sponsors faculty and graduate student
lectures, holds an annual reception for recipients of MLLL scholarships, and
recently, student members have created new scholarships with funds from the
