The Native American Studies Program at the University of Oklahoma is an inter-disciplinary bachelor's degree granting program, which draws its courses from a number of departments and colleges across the University of Oklahoma campus.
The program allows students to explore a number of disciplinary approaches to the study of Native American tribes and their cultures--anthropological, historical, artistic, philosophical, and political. The core courses in the curriculum represent the major divisions of learning within the University--Social Sciences, Humanities, Arts, Literature, and Languages.
