The Department of Philosophy at the University of Oklahoma is pleased to announce the fourth David Ross Boyd Lectures, October 23-25, 1996. Professor Martha Nussbaum (School of Law, The University of Chicago) will present three lectures on the emotions as judgments of value.

  • "Emotion and Social Construction"
  • "Music and Emotion"

All three lectures will be held in Dale Hall, Room 211, 4:00p.m.-6:00p.m. The lectures are free and open to the general public.
