| The fifth birthday of Stalin, celebrated with great pomp as seen during the time of Tsar. Pravda proclaimed him the best follower of Lenin. The film is about Stalin-the all powerful dictator-the Red Tsar. It is his link with Lenin that made his mode of dictatorship appear safe to the people. When Lenin died, he was loved by the Russian people. In 1979, he was proclaimed the “Lenin of today.” Cities were named after him-Stalingrad and Stalinabad. |
