Research Facilities Overview
The research facilities of the Department are housed primarily in a social science complex. In this complex, modern research laboratories exist for cognitive processes, personality psychology, and social psychology. The I/O psychology program has a large amount of dedicated research space. This space is designed to support a variety of relevant research activities. Specifically, this space provides graduate students with the resources needed for data collection, data management, data analysis, and general computer use.
The University's Computing Center is available for faculty-student research and extensive computing facilities are periodically updated and maintained by the Department. Training is routinely available within the department (including formal courses) on the use of computers for experimentation and for statistical analysis.
