Are any of the current popular multiple comparison procedures (MCPs), such as Tukey or Ryan, robust to both unequal variances and non-normality, especially non-normality manifested as outliers? This question is at the heart of one of the areas of concentration of my current research program. I am generally interested in research on MCPS, and specifically as this research interfaces with the areas of: 1) Two-way ANOVA designs, notably repeated measures designs 2) Nonparametric methods.
