RESEARCH INTERESTS

Personality and individual differences, traits with a biological bases (e.g., anxiety), working memory capacity, executive function, and computerized assessment of cognition and neurological disease. I am particularly interested in how the aforementioned functions may interact so that individuals may maximally adapt in a variety of environments.

BIO

I am originally from Des Moines, Iowa and spent my undergraduate years at Luther College in northeast Iowa. I am working toward a PhD in Personality Psychology and hope to apply my work to both academic and medical settings. My free time is spent playing sports with non-athletes like myself, biking, camping, and relaxing with friends.
