RESEARCH INTERESTS Leadership, creativity, planning and social networks BIO I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington University in St. Louis. I taught school for six years, where I became convinced there were better ways of doing things in the workplace, hence my latest adventure at OU. When I’m not on campus I am either fixing up my ’65 Ford Galaxie, listening to/making music, or taking care of my dogs Lacy and Juneau.
