RESEARCH INTERESTS

My personal research interests include the hard and fast ‘I’ areas of personnel selection and training. I enjoy personnel assessment and studying complex skill acquisition. I am currently working on mental model research.

BIO

I grew up in Wisconsin and received my B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. My hobbies include stained glass as well as blowing hot glass in my ever available free time.
