Recruitment: RIF
Chi Omega has released an updated version of the Recruitment Information Form (RIF). There were no policy or rule changes, instead, the form has been updated to reflect Chi Omega's visual identity and to provide clearer instructions to alumnae volunteers and collegiate chapters. Copies of the new RIF are located on the Chi Omega EveryDay site under Resources-Recruitment. https://everyday.chiomega.com/
The RIF is a private document and requires a member to log in to the website to access it. It is used by Chi Omega alumna to recommend an outstanding young woman for consideration during recruitment.
