Energy Integration in Plants and in the Total Site

 We  specialize  in  energy  integration  in  plants  and across  plants.  In the case of individual plants the target is to propose meaningfully economical retrofits. In the case of integration across plants, using streams from one plant to heat streams of another is a practice that industry has had for a long time. We have developed systematic tools to analyze the potential savings We offer the following services

  • Identification of maximum savings.
  • Determination of levels of temperature at which the transfer should be made.
  • Providing heat exchanger network designs capable of integrating individual plants.
  • For the case of integration across plants we design heat exchanger networks that link plants energetically but also allow independent operation at maximum energy efficiency.
  • Determine a financial planning of a step-by-step integration over a time horizon.
