	Managing Director Hawk Advertisement, Director of Marketing
	Responsible for  streamlining operations to strategically position Tri-Steel 			Structures within the residential and commercial market. P&L and management 			responsibility for the activities of the architecture, engineering, estimating			manufacturing and construction departments to assure timely and quality 			projects. Increased productivity of the architecture and engineering department 			while maintaining highest design standards. Expanded manufacturing 				capabilities from single plant to multiple plant locations in Atlanta, Dallas and 			Los Angeles. Founding director of Tri-Steel's Advanced Framing Systems, 			division. Developed a new pre-engineered steel framing system with the				infrastructure to support it on a nationwide basis. Liaison duties between 				technical services, marketing, sales, building officials, subcontractors and 			clients. Conduct seminars and training workshops. Work with the CEO on 			marketing strategy and corporate special projects. Tri-Steel Structures is the 			leading manufacturer of	steel frame homes and commercial structures with over 			1300 dealers nationwide and in 25 foreign countries, including Australia, Hungary, 
	Israel, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Taiwan, and Japan. Dec. 1988 - Jan. 1995.

	R&D Manager - Tri-Steel Structures, Denton, Texas.
	Implemented CADD system and trained/supervised architects and engineers. 			Developed numerous computer programs to automate architectural and structural 		design processes. Researched new building systems and products.
	Redesigned entire product line. Introduced new standard models for national and
	regional markets. Cultivated commercial projects. July 85 - December 88.

	Guided products through development into production and assured integrity of market plans. 	Designed market specifications, set directions for product introduction and directed 	promotional programs for an intelligent real-time feed forward distributive process control 	and energy management system for electrostatic precipitators (air cleaning devices for the utility 	and cement industry).
