	Direct and coordinate the research efforts of the College of Architecture and its divisions: 	Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Construction Science, Interior Design, and Landscape 	Architecture. Nurture faculty and industry relationships, and outreach activities of the college.

	Visiting Associate Professor Civil Engineering & Environmental Science

	Vice President Technical Services Tri-Steel Structures, Inc., Denton, Texas.
	Responsible for  streamlining operations to strategically position Tri-Steel 			Structures within the residential and commercial market. P&L and management 			responsibility for the activities of the architecture, engineering, estimating, manufacturing 	and construction departments to assure timely and quality projects. 
	December 1988 - January 1995.
	R&D Manager - Tri-Steel Structures, Denton, Texas.
	Implemented CADD system and trained/supervised architects and engineers. 			Developed numerous computer programs to automate architectural and structural 		design processes. Researched new building systems and products.
	Redesigned entire product line. Introduced new standard models for national and
	regional markets. Cultivated commercial projects. July 85 - December 88.
	Product Manager - WRT Batesville Arkansas/Dallas Texas.
	Guided products through development into production and assured integrity of market plans. 	Designed market specifications, set directions for product introduction and directed promotional 	programs for an intelligent real-time feed forward distributive 	process control and energy 	management system for electrostatic precipitators (air cleaning devices for the utility and cement 	industry). October 84-July 85.
	CADD Consultant - Blue Technologies (IBM MAP) Houston, Texas. 
	Consultant for architectural and engineering firms to market, configure, 
	install and customize CADD systems. June 84 - October 84.
	Teaching Assistant - College of Architecture - University of Houston - University Park. Assisted a	professors in instructing students in structural systems in wood, steel, concrete and masonry. 1983 	- 1984.
	Assistant Construction Manager - Richard Hohener Architects, Goeggingen.
 	Worked on hospital projects (including US Army hospitals in West Germany). 1982. 
	Designer - Speidel and Partner Architects, Augsburg.
	Worked on the design of a school and dormitory for mentally handicapped children. 	Designed single family detached and attached homes 1981.
