SLIDE JOURNAL
DUE THURSDAY August11, 1997
Submit a minimum of 30 slides (in 8 1/2" x 11" transparent slide pockets 20 per sheet, plus a CD-disk with the slides) or a video tape or a powerpoint presentation or a www home page, which summarize pre-enginered building systems. The slides may include: raw materials, making and forming of steel, formulas, terms, details, various finishes and treatments, completed projects, failure of structures, aging of metals, environmental impact, proper/improper use of metals, title slides, summary slides, details 1-5, group project, self portray of author, etc.
Number the slides and place them in sequence to best tell your story. A picture
is worth a thousand words, and the slides should be self explanatory, however you are allowed to submit the slides
in a binder with an contents sheet, which identifies the slide and gives a one sentence to one paragraph explanation:
