COURSE		This course identifies and explains the design concepts, products, 
DESCRIPTION		and resources, that can help make an existing home more comfortable
			for its older occupants who experience physical limitations.

LEARNING 		The learners should gain an understanding of the underlying theories of OBJECTIVE		architectural design, and construction, as they apply to new construction 
			and remodeling of existing homes and apartments for the aged.
	 		You will become familiar with architectural design concepts. 
			You will gain an understanding of residential construction. 
		 	You will be introduced to available products and resources.
			
AUDIENCE		Home Owners, Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, 
			Students of all ages interested in these areas.
