Due Date :

1. Input : Same as other assignments.

2. Output : Similar to that in Lab Assignment # 2, but with the following additions :

A report heading of your choice to appear above the column headings.
The report heading must include the date the was prepared and include the page number.
All headings must appear at the top of each new page.

3. Processing : Similar to Lab Assignment # 2, but

continue to total both quota columns, but compute an average for both columns.
