2 are used as firewall/proxy servers between the inner corporate networks and the exterior networks connected to the MCI T1 leased line.  6 used as network specialist support stations in the data center, with included PC cards to support Windows applications.  1 kept as a hot sway replacement.  2 used by the CIO and IS Director in management on the fourth floor of the Richardson, TX facility. 

These stations are equiped with 64 meg of RAM, 100 mhz RISC Sparc processor, and 2 gigabytes of HDD space each.  All are setup with 20" Sony Trinitron Sun Monitors, Version 5 keyboards, Mice, and teleconferencing gear.  Each is equiped with a 10bt SUN ethernet card connecting into the corporate network.
