There are several occasions where you might Stop a Web Page from Loading to your Netscape Browser.

• You changed your mind about the URL you are requesting.
• The Web Page may be taking an "extra-ordinary" amount of time to Load, and you decide to go somewhere else.
• You notice (from the Status Bar) Netscape is taking unusually long to connect to the host. (The server can be very busy, or the server can be "down", or the page can no longer be where you are requesting it).

Stop Page Loading is available from the Netscape Toolbar..., Go Menu,

but...,

The best way to Stop is using the Stop Button on the Netscape Toolbar.

Again, the Stop Button may appear one of three ways...,
(Depending on the Preferences of the user)

An Option..., you can press  Esc  (Keyboard) to Stop Loading a Web Page.
