Registration Options and Fees

All fees include registration, conference materials, and refreshment breaks.

• Full Conference--$380
  (includes Thursday workshop program, institute and conference with lunch; Thursday evening opening reception; Friday breakfast and lunch; Saturday breakfast). Second attendee from same institution receives $80 discount; third and subsequent attendees receive $130 discount.

• Conference Only--$300
  (includes Thursday evening opening reception, Friday breakfast and lunch; Saturday breakfast). Second attendee from same institution receives $50 discount; third and subsequent attendees receive $100 discount.

• Thursday Workshop Program and Institute Only--$100
  (includes Thursday lunch). Second and subsequent attendees from same institution receive $25 discount.

• Student, including meals--$100
• Student, without meals--$25

• Reception for guest--$45 each
• Extra breakfast(s) or lunch for guest--$30 each
