Sheila is the go-to person if a student has problems or questions about their bursar bill. She also applies all military waivers as well as other waivers that CLS offers students, files tuition assistance from all the military, invoices and files all third-party billing.

“Understanding GoArmyEd, AFAMS and WAWF (Navy, Coastguards and Marines) databases isn’t easy, sometimes downright confusing for everyone,” she said. “It’s nice to have someone that can take care of the student’s needs.”

Sheila began working for OU in 1988 at the Goddard Health Center’s business office. After 13 years, she transferred to Advanced Programs working as a site coordinator. In November 2007, she came to CLS.

“I love how well we all get along and the different variety of people and personalities that make up CLS. We all work so well together,” Sheila said. “The students of CLS are very special. Because they have waited later in life to pursue their degrees, they expect everything to run smoothly and they keep you on your toes.”
